Area of origin
Valle del Belice. Relatively deep alluvial based soils of medium texture with a mix of limestone and sand. Dark soils with a good content of organic matter.
Tasting notes
Straw coloured with olive green hues. This elegant combination of grillo and sauvignon blanc displays a complex mix of tropical fruits and lemon-lime citrus. The palate is fresh and lean with hints of tropical white melon and honeydew.
Food pairings
Great with antipasti and vegetable flans and soups. Also recommended served chilled with pizza. Serve at 8-10°C
