Valle del Belice. Relatively deep alluvial based soils of medium texture with a mix of limestone and sand. Dark soils with a good content of organic matter.

Straw yellow color. At nose fresh notes with honeysuckle and lemon oil notes. The palate is crispy with a good acidity.
Food pairings
Oysters, cold salads, pasta alla carbonara, chicken. Serve at 8-10°C.
