Area of origin
. Relatively deep alluvial based soils of medium texture with a mix of limestone and sand. Dark soils with a good content of organic matter.
Winemaking
Partial raisining of the fruit begins on the vine and is completed in special fruit drying cellars, where accurately regulated ventilation levels ensure that grapes achieve the perfect level of dehydration before pressing.
Tasting notes
This wine has a straw pale colour, rich of flavour and fruitness.
Food pairings
We suggest pairing this wine with fish and fresh cheeses. Serve at 10-12°C
