. Relatively deep alluvial based soils of medium texture with a mix of limestone and sand. Dark soils with a good content of organic matter. From these soils you obtain elegant, full-bodied, well-balanced and long-lingering.

Tasting notes
Intense purplish black with violet hues. Evident aromas of violet and blackcurrant enriched by hints of liquorices and black pepper. The mouth is full and the tannins are well balanced by a round body with a toasted and spicy finish.

Enjoy this wine with aged cheese, mushrooms, and gamey meats. Serve at 14-16°C
