Tasting notes
Red garnet color. On the nose deliciously integrated hints of cherry with herbaceous and spicy notes. In the mouth it is round and medium-bodied. Good balance and persistence.
Food pairings
It is the ideal pairing to pasta dishes, aged cheeses and roast meats.. Serve at 16-18°C.
