Area of origin
Valle del Belice. Relatively deep alluvial based soils of medium texture with a mix of limestone and sand. Dark soils with a good content of organic matter.
Winemaking
Cold maceration for 24 hours and fermentation at 12° C for 20 days to maintain the aromas.
Tasting notes
Brilliant pink with red hues. Lift-ed red cherry and redcurrant nose also reminding wild ber-ries. In the mouth upfront fruit sweetness of cherry and strawberry cream with floral notes and refreshing acidity.
Food pairings
This Rosè is perfect for pic-nic menu, fresh bread and cheese sandwiches, chicken salad and grilled vegetables. To be enjoyed very fresh during spring and summer.. Serve at 10-12°C
