WINE CHARACTERISTICS

TASTING NOTES

Deep red in color, its bouquet releases notes of vanilla, ripe red berries, pepper and cocoa. In the mouth it is well structured with dry and soft tannins.

PAIRINGS

The presence of soft tannins makes this wine perfect when paired with game dishes, savory meats and aged cheeses.
Serving temperature 14-16°C.

TERRITORY

Vineyards are located in the Belice Valley, on deep alluvial dark soils of medium-textured, sandy-clay composition with good organic matter content from which elegant, well-structured, balanced and persistent wines are derived.

Intense, persistent, round, it adopted the winemaking innovation of appassimento for the first time dedicated to Sicilian grapes, launching them internationally and giving a new distinctive style on the island.
