WINE CHARACTERISTICS

TASTING NOTES

Deep pink with a beautiful cherry red color. The bouquet is floral and fruity, with aromas of fresh herbs. In the mouth it has a surprisingly present structure, with good persistence and a pleasantly clean finish.

PAIRINGS

Ideal for picnic menus: fresh cheese sandwiches, chicken salad, mixed grill of fish but also white meats.
Serving temperature 12-14°C.

TERRITORY

The vineyards stand on deep alluvial dark soils, medium-textured, sandy-clay loam composition, good organic matter content.

Fresh, floral and fruity, it adopted the winemaking innovation of drying for the first time dedicated to Sicilian grapes.
