WINE CHARACTERISTICS

TASTING NOTES

A wine with a very intense purplish-red color, with obvious aromas of violets and currants enriched by notes of licorice and black pepper. The palate is full and the tannins are harmonious and well integrated with a pleasantly toasty and spicy finish.

Mature cheeses, truffled mushrooms and game served with savory sauces.
