WINE CHARACTERISTICS

TASTING NOTES

Intense and bright rosé. The nose is reminiscent of wild berries and wild strawberries. In the mouth the aromatic sensations are strong, candied fruit, all balanced by refreshing acidity.

PAIRINGS

Cheese sandwiches, chicken salads and mixed grills.
Serving temperature 10-12°C.

Belice Valley. The vineyards stand on deep alluvial dark soils, medium-textured, sandy-clay loam composition, good organic matter content.
