WINE CHARACTERISTICS

TASTING NOTES

Straw yellow color with yellow highlights, it gives the nose olfactory sensations ranging from hints of tropical fruits to herbaceous notes. In the mouth it is full and recalls herbaceous hints, good acidity and minerality.

PAIRINGS

Pasta with ricotta and avocado sauce, with lemon zest and parsley.
Serving temperature 8-10°C.

Belice Valley. The vineyards stand on deep alluvial dark soils, medium-textured, sandy-clay loam composition, good organic matter content.
