WINE CHARACTERISTICS

TASTING NOTES

Straw yellow in color, the nose is fresh, with hints of golden apple and pear. In the mouth it has good body and a distinct minerality, highlighted by an important acid vein.

Oysters, salads, pasta carbonara, white meats.
