TASTING NOTES
A very intense purplish red, it reveals clear aromas of violets and currants, enriched by notes of licorice and black pepper. The palate is full and the tannins are harmonious and well integrated with a pleasantly toasty and spicy finish.

Mature cheeses, truffled mushrooms, red meats with savory sauces.
Serving temperature 14-16°C.
