WINE CHARACTERISTICS

TASTING NOTES

Red color tending toward garnet. The nose deliciously combines hints of cherry with herbaceous and spicy notes. In the mouth it is round and moderately structured. Good balance and persistence.

PAIRINGS

Pasta with tomato sauce, aged cheeses and roasted meats.
Serving temperature 16-18°C.
